:idea: Talents

Another option is to remove Shamanistic Focus (Enhanc Tree) and Elemental Focus (Elemental Tree) and put 2/5 in Reverberation (Elemental Tree) or 1/5 in Reverberation (Elemental Tree) and 3/3 Improved Shields (Enhanc Tree)

:idea: Rotation (And ShockandAwe addon)
Huge priority for enhancement shamans to download the shockandawe addon from curse.com for rotation notifications.

The priority list for Enhancement Shaman

LS_0 - Cast Lightning Shield if there are no orbs left on you.

SW - Cast Feral Spirit if the ability is off CD. (Use your own judgement for timing with Bloodlust/Heroism)

SR - Cast Shamanistic Rage if the ability is off CD. (with 2p T10 should be used immediately)

SS_0 - Cast a Stormstrike if there are no charges left on the target.

MW5_LB - Cast a Lightning Bolt when you have 5 Maelstrom weapon stacks - Chain Lightning does less dmg against a single target as it doesn't scale as well. For multiple target fights then naturally using Chain Lightning will be higher dps.

FE - Cast your Fire Elemental if it is off CD (This will also free up GCDs for other abilities making it very useful during Bloodlust/Heroism).

MT_0 - Refresh your Magma Totem if it has expired.

FS - Cast a Flame Shock if there is no Flame Shock debuff on target.

ES - Cast an Earth shock whenever its off cooldown and the above are not available.

SS - Cast a Stormstrike whenever its off cooldown and MW hasn't got 5 stacks - this does a fair amount of damage but more importantly refreshes the SS debuff on the target giving 28% extra nature damage (20% base + 8% glyph).

LL - Cast a lava lash whenever its off cooldown and none of the above abilities are available.

FN - Cast Fire Nova regardless of single target or AOE targets.

MT - Refresh your Magma Totem if there are 2 secs or less left.

LS - Refresh your Lightning Shield if low number of orbs remaining (2 or less).

Totem refresh - if all else is on cooldown take the opportunity, if required, to refresh your totems.

:idea: Consumables
Flask - Flask of Endless Rage
Food Buff - Fish Feast preferred since we benefit from both AP and SP.

:idea: Weapons and Buffs
MH - Windfury Weapon
OH - Flametongue
-Always have Lightning Shield up (4-5% of average dmg)
-Both weapons should be slow (~2.6sec) for harder SS hits.
-FT is still greater than frostbrand because of lava lash and the amount of magical damage -done.

:idea: Hit Rating (Special Cap)
Raid (Assuming 3% Buff) - 368 Hit needed (446 without S.Priest or Moonkin)

:idea: Expertise Rating
Raid (Assuming talented into 9 exp) - 140 Expertise needed

:idea: Haste over Crit?
-Most of us see over 50% crit chance in raid buffs and it leads to haste being as beneficial if not more.

:idea: Major Glyphs
Glyph of Stormstrike
Glyph of Feral Spirits
Glyph of Windfury Weapon

:idea: Minor Glyphs
No priorities, usually nice to have Astral Recall though.

:idea: Gear Priority (Armor penetration Issue)
-Once hit capped arpen is slightly more valuable but it is still priority to get more haste and crit over arpen.

:idea: Enchants

Head - Arcanum of Torment (Ebon Blade rep)
Shoulder - Greater Inscription of the Axe (Sons of Hodir Rep) or the Inscription only Master's Inscription of the Axe
Cloak - Greater Speed (Swordguard Embroidery if Tailor)
Chest - Powerful Stats
Wrists - Greater Assault or expertise if you need it or Leatherworker fur
Gloves - Crusher or expertise/hit if you need it or Engineers Hyperspeed accelerator
Belt - make sure you have blacksmithing socket "Eternal Belt Buckle" and put a gem in it
Legs - Icescale Leg Armour or Leatherworking equivalent
Feet - Icewalker - or possibly Tuskar's Vitality or Cat's Swiftness for the extra speed boost
Rings (if enchanter) - Assault

:idea: Gems
Meta - Relentless Earthseige Diamond
Blue Slot - Nightmare Tear(+10stats), Enchanted Tear(+6stats), then Balanced Dreadstone (20ap 15stam)
Red Slot - Bright Cardinal Ruby (40ap) or Stark Ametrine (20ap or 10haste)
Yellow Slot - Quick King's Amber (20haste) or Stark Ametrine

-Always use a Belt Buckle for another gem spot, and do not waste a blue or prismatic in it's spot
